The venue is unique and quaint, its location is magnificent, just next door to the Vatican City lots of restaurants and bars nearby Friendly and Helpful staff Very modern and clean, all the other attractions and all the cafe's. The staff are helpful, managed the parking nearby.

I had a perfect 10/10 stay with a breakfast included and really enjoyed the location, it was unbeatable and magnificent so close to everything.

Cozy room, friendly staff, close location. The staff was helpful, and I appreciated the easy access to public transportation from the nearby bus station to explore the city.

The location near the Vatican was perfect, with access to local pizzerias. The breakfast was served at the table, although the selection was initially small, refills were promptly offered. The staff's politeness stood out, particularly when arranging our airport transfer. Leaving luggage after check-out was hassle-free.

Request a room away from the courtyard for better sound insulation. It can become noisy at night.

The location is spot on, just a short stroll to the Vatican. I loved the personalized breakfast-it felt special with a tailored touch! The staff were pretty good, packing delicious food for my early check-out.

The Double Room was clean and well-maintained, a huge plus. The air conditioning worked great, keeping the room nice and cool. The bed was comfortable enough for a good night's sleep, but I noticed some basic amenities were missing, a bit of a letdown. The window to the courtyard was on the small side, but I guess that's typical for older buildings in Rome.

The hotel offered avery comfy and tidy double room with all promised amenities. Its location is fantastic, situated just two minutes from the Vatican and a metro station. The staff was very friendly and provided helpful recommendations for sightseeing and dining. Breakfast was delicious, with freshly baked pastries and a good selection of beverages, perfect for fueling a day of exploring the city.

The heating in the bathroom was inadequate and the air conditioning filters required maintenance.

Our room was unacceptable and not as promised. We were placed in a small, poorly maintained space with no windows and an unpleasant odor. The staff's response to our complaints was dismissive and unhelpful, leaving us feeling ignored and unvalued.

This place is spotless, with fancy facilities that will make you feel like royalty. the location is absolutely fantastic, just a stone's throw away from the Vatican museums 😍. the rooms are very well-decorated with a unique touch, including the bathrooms.
